Question 1

Is the planning tool really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating your school, adding parks, trainers, packages, planning lessons and managing registrations is completely free. You only pay when you use the integrated payment module.

Question 2

What does the payment module cost?

Accepted Answer

A small service fee per lesson plus a transaction fee per booking. On top of that, the payment provider (Mollie or Stripe) charges its own costs. Want more insight into our pricing? Book a free demo.

Question 3

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Accepted Answer

No. Use Grippa for one season, ten seasons, or stop tomorrow. No lock-in.

Question 4

Are there per-trainer or per-player fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Add unlimited trainers and players.

Question 5

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most schools are fully live the same day. The 5-step walkthrough takes under an hour.

Question 6

Do I need to migrate data from my old tool?

Accepted Answer

No. You can start fresh with the new season. Most schools find that easier than migrating.

Question 7

Do my trainers need training?

Accepted Answer

No. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Grippa.

Question 8

What does the embedded widget do?

Accepted Answer

It displays your live packages and bookable lessons on your own website. When a player picks one, they continue on Grippa to log in and complete the booking.

Question 9

Where do players actually book?

Accepted Answer

On Grippa, after they log in. Inside the dashboard they only see your school's packages and lessons — never anything from other schools.

Question 10

Can I customise the colours of the widget?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The widget on your site uses your school's brand colours automatically.

Question 11

Does it work on Wix / Squarespace / WordPress / custom sites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anywhere that allows an <iframe>, Grippa works.
